Catering FAQ
- Our salads are accompanied by dressing and will come on the side for your convenience. For the House salad, we have our house dressing (blue cheese vinegarette), balsamic, and ranch. The Ceasar salad will come with Ceasar dressing and croutons on the side.
- The Spinach and Artichoke dip and Bruschetta include approximately 80 crostini with each half pan.
- Pasta entrees include garlic bread, six pieces for each half-pan and twelve pieces for each full pan. If you would like to order additional garlic bread, they are $1 per piece.
- For bread enthusiasts, we offer rosemary ciabatta bread available in loaves that are approximately 3" x 3" in size. Each loaf is priced at $3. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar are available upon request for dipping.
- Gluten "free"* - we have Risotto Primavera, or you can substitute Risotto for the pasta on all entrees other than Lasagna and Manicotti. We also have a 10-inch cauliflower pizza crust.
- There is flour in the air from baking dessert and making our regular pizza dough.
- Our food is available in half-pan options that measure approximately 10"x12" or full-pan options that measure approximately 12"x20".
- Disposable serving utensils and dinnerware, including paper plates, napkins, and plastic forks, are available upon request. If you need any of these items, please let us know beforehand.
- We offer a limited selection of catering equipment for loan. We have two insulated food tote bags and four full-size chafing dishes, subject to availability. Each chafing dish can hold one full pan or two half pans and requires Sterno canned heat/flames underneath to keep food warm. We offer Sternos for $6 each, and each chafing dish requires two Sternos, amounting to $12 per chafing dish. You may purchase the Sternos from us, we require prior notice to ensure their availability, or you may obtain them independently.
- To enable us to adequately prepare for catering orders, we require that all orders must be finalized at least 48 hours in advance. Use caution for days around holidays and events, they can book up far in advance, so we recommend placing your orders as early as possible. We prefer prepayment to secure the time and day of your request. If this is not feasible, we can discuss deposit options.
- If you need to make any modifications to your catering order, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid complications. We will do our best to accommodate requests for changes.
- Catering orders can be scheduled for picked Tuesdays through Sundays between 11:30 am and 4:30 pm. Currently, we do not offer delivery.
- We add an 18% gratuity/service charge on each catering order, which is shared among staff members involved in preparing your order and helps cover additional operating costs. If you receive exceptional food and service, you are welcome to include an additional gratuity.
